Intellectual Property 

All software, code, graphics, documents, and systems developed by us remain our intellectual property until full payment is received or unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Pricing and Payment Terms

Penetration Testing & Cybersecurity 

Cybersecurity services are delivered under a defined scope and timeline. Pen Testing 4 U Ltd is not responsible for issues arising outside the agreed test scope or after service delivery without ongoing support contracts. 

Service Availability & Limitations 

While we aim for high uptime and stability, we are not liable for: 

• Third-party platform outages 

• External cybersecurity breaches post-deployment 

• Downtime caused by force majeure 

Termination 

Either party may terminate a project or service with 30 days’ notice in writing. Immediate termination may apply if: 

• There is a breach of contract 

• Payments remain outstanding 

• Unlawful activity is suspected 

Limitation of Liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by law:  

• PenTesting4U is not liable for indirect or consequential losses 

• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid under the relevant project 

Governing Law 

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, regardless of the client’s country of residence. 

Changes to These Terms 

We may amend these terms at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated via email or on our website.
